Start position: A next to B looking into opposite directions. Lift the outermost hand and hold the partner above the head. 
Performance: Each one makes a step to the side puts the free hand on the waist and while transporting the weight to the outer leg, with springy motion, bends the body to the partner. Repeat the same for the other side.

Arch

Start position: A next to B looking in one and the same direction. Hold the partner in front of the body with the outermost hand.  
Performance: Each one makes a step to the side lifts the free hand above the head and while transporting the weight to the outer leg, with springy motion, bends the body away of the partner. Repeat the same for the other side.
