Starting position: A and B face one another with legs more than shoulder width apart. They hold their hands crossing them - A’s right hand holds B’s right hand "Roman hold". Performance: Everyone squats on the left leg slightly
transferring the body weight backwards. The other leg is straight. After
that you squat on the right leg while transferring the body weight over
it and straighten the left leg. Partners help each other with their hands
during weight transfer and balance the bodies.
